Online account registration problems

     Hi, 
    I have the model with the SN: MDF312000012,
    I went online and opened a new account, registered the product (went OK as MD704 but not MD802 as I bought it).
    1. Ok, now the further problem is that when I log back in I do not see any additional menu items as posted here (for updates, software downloads, additional options etc...,,) Secondly, every time I log back in, the system is asking me to register  a product, sooo further nothing happens.
    Any help here please?

    2.Also as I bought it over Amazon as SH (Warehouse Deals) I have realized that as it is a SH model is not easy to register, plus still not clear why when I try to register it, it let me register only as MD704 while the item I bought say: MaxiDiag Elite MD802 All System+DS Model Free Update Online. 
    Any help here please to identify the correct model and what updates are still available free? I need the MD802 to test my car.

     Hi, the S/N MDF312000012 is MD704 ALL system, not registered. If the seller says it is MD802 ALL, please contact your seller.
